Specializing in throw your head back and exclaim "this is tea?" tea.

We seek out exquisite examples of the finest varietals, revered artisans,
and best crops of the season. We also blend award winning combo's! Passion,
laughter, planet, community and the very best this magical & humble leaf
has to offer... we hope is your SKYTea experience.

When you steep yourself in tea, this ancient plant incites you to re-connect
with nature, your life and others. It is in this spirit we began SKYTea,
but in purpose to provide self support for a drought famine village in Southern India.

As tea connects you to feel you have everything you need in that moment; as it heals,
rejuvenates, calms and invigorates you, please know that you are also providing healing,
rejuvenation and peace in villages close and far from you. Your enjoyment
is currently helping heal Oakland, CA thru its Foster Care Program,
Oakland Food Connection (food equity program)
and working towards creating fair trade jobs for women (with their children near)
so that husbands can get out of debtors prison from years
of drought and famine in Malaikodi India in Tamil Nadu.

We receive endless press on all the health benefits of tea but there is also much
inspiration from the art, poetry and history 5,000 years has created. We know what
master hand coaxed specific characteristics detailing from the time of day they
picked the leaf, to the way they asked the women to roll it or twist it,
to methods and length of oxidization-all go into making a perfect cup to offer you.
